After more than 20 years in corporate America, Kent Barnard founded KB Conferences LLC in 1998, after gaining expertise in events and worldwide product introductions.
Then, in 1999 and 2000, KB Conferences created, produced, and owned a successful major tradeshow called UnderSea Expeditions.
After that, KBC was the driving force behind the creation and production of the MySQL Users Conference & Expo starting in 2001 and the Zend/PHP Conference & Expo starting in 2005.
